Account & Data Deletion Request

This page provides users of the e Audio FM Android app and Web platform the ability to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.

2. What Data Will Be Deleted / कौन-सा डेटा हटाया जाएगा

Once your deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently removed from our production servers:

• User Profile Data: Full Name, Email Address, Profile Photo, and Firebase Authentication UID.
• Playback & Course History: All audiobook listen history, bookmarks, liked items, and education course progress.
• In-App Wallet: Coin balances, loyalty points, and unlocked episode permissions.
• Device Logs: Diagnostic traces, push notification tokens, and temporary app cache.

3. Data Retention Policy / डेटा प्रतिधारण नीति

Certain financial transaction logs (such as GST tax receipts and Cashfree payment confirmation IDs for coin recharge packages) may be retained for the minimum statutory period required by Indian financial and tax compliance regulations. No personal marketing data is ever retained or sold.
